“I've been using these for about 2 years; they hold up well, cook evenly. They are heavy however -- not quite like using cast iron, but I wouldn't recommend them for anyone with a weak hand grip.”

“Excellent non stick surface. Would have liked a larger skillet with the set rather than 2 of the same size. Excellent quality but quite heavy to lift and pour from. Overall, pleased.”

“This is a beautiful set of cookware. The non slip coating is awesome. When I cook ground beef to make tacos it is so nonstick that I need two utensils in order to flip the meat over to cook. My wife says they are a little heavier than our old Scanpan all aluminum set, which they are. She said she just has to get used to them. They are very well made and I am very happy with my purchase.”
