“This pan is mostly great. My only issue is that the handles get hot and are awkward to hold with traditional pot holders. If you have thermal gloves that fit well, those are a better choice. Otherwise, since this pan is heavy, it's best if you can plan on leaving it in place until it cools down. The frypan-style version of this with a long, stay cool handle might be a better choice if you routinely need to shift pans around on your range.”

“Beautiful! Heavyweight. Even heating. Sautées perfectly with just a small amount of oil over medium heat as well! Large enough to handle big quantities of vegetables that I sauté. Very very very happy with all my ScanPans.”

“We have the whole set. It is so beautiful. My only problem is that the pieces are so heavy that they are difficult to pick up and/or carry. I wish all the pieces had two handles. Nothing sticks and cleans easily.”
