“This griddle replaced the same griddle we had for over 10 years that had lost its nonstick properties due to build up of oils, etc. We have several Scanpan cooking utensils, and they are still going strong. Scanpan is the best nonstick surface that we have found. This griddle just had a lot of heavy use.”
