“Worked great with daily use frying eggs with coconut oil for some years, then they started to stick. I called support and they recommended Bar Keeper's Friend to clean (invisible to me) residue on the surface. It worked great. I saw nothing about using daily, though it does have a microabrasive and has oxalic acid. That worked great for a few months, but then I noticed the surface was looking thinner with streaks in the middle where I would brush it, and the fried egg sticking worsened. My solution was to ony do scrambled eggs stirred up in a bowl with a little milk first, and using BUTTER as the oil, which I think might be the main reason for improvement, though haven't tried frying an egg with butter yet.”
