“These are the absolute best. I was looking to upgrade my cookware from the entry-level set that my parents bought me after college. I tried a couple of other brands and they just didn't fit my needs. Then someone exposed me to ScanPan. I have now replaced almost all of my pots and pans with ScanPan items. This pan (9.5in CTX fry pan) replaced our daily work-horse pan - the egg pan. The even heat distribution and the ergonomics of the handle are the standouts among many things that I love about this pan!”
