“I switched to a plant-based diet in 2013. The Scan Pan is the first piece of cookware I have owned that I can cook without oil and have not ended up a stuck on food mess in the pan. The day I received the pan, the first thing I made was pancakes, which was my test. There was no oil in the batter and I did not grease the pan, and they didn't stick at all!! I am very impressed with this pan and plan to purchase a whole set soon. The pan cooks evenly and I would highly recommend purchasing the Scan Pan for oil free cooking; or any type of cooking! It is an amazing product!!”
