“This pan is pretty heavy, I couldn't hold it using only one hand. I've only used it for less than two months now and I feel the coating has already losing its non-stick touch. I always cook in medium heat, wash it after it cools down and I only use wooden utensils.”

Hi Yi. Thank you for your comments. In almost all cases, sticking is due to stubborn food and oil residue. Please try our baking soda method to help restore the nonstick properties. It can be found on our FAQ page under the article, "What do I do if my pan has started to stick?".
