“I have a ScanPan that I use often, however this line of pans is poorly made. The edge of the lid is flimsy. The edge should be rounded but it cuts into your fingers when washing the underside.”

“Pan seems great well made, heavy duty but have not used it yet. I tried for size to put it in an in wall-oven but it doesn't fit handle is too long. I called Scan pan to see if they could exchange it for the shorter handle (CTX Chef pan same size) customer rep said NO they could not do that so I was left quite disappointed. I would have loved to use it in the oven but I'm not in a position to buy another one since they are pricey. Another thing I noticed was the edge under the lid seems thin and sharp have to be mindful when handling especially if washing it by hand.”
