“After trying several other brands of non-stick frying pans that didn't last very long, my sister swore by her Scan Pan pans! I decided to give them a try. Some refried beans burned onto one pan, but the cleaning instructions on the website were super helpful and worked well. The pan seems none the worse for the experience and continues to be non-stick now. So far, I'm very happy with the pans on my new induction cooktop.”
