“I am a big fan of Scanpan pans. Yes, a bit expensive but I have tried cheaper alternatives and regretted it. Implied in that statement, the Scanpan pans I have had do not last forever. I have worn out the non-stick properties on a few, though mainly from accidental abuse, i.e., leaving the burner on at high temp. I switched to an Induction cooktop a couple years ago and I wish Scanpan had more choices across their product line for Induction. The griddle pan I most recently bought was only available in the Pro IQ line. It replace a new Greenpan that I did not like at all. The Greenpan was slicker on its external surface that on its cooking surface and shifted too easily on the stovetop. Its cooking surface was also less effective. I strongly recommend ScanPan.”

“Have had other scanpans for years. Great pans. Tried other griddles but was not satisfied. Should have bought the Scanpan first. It's great.”

“I have an induction range, and the ScanPan Pro IQ griddle pan is the best griddle I have found for induction. Others that I have tried to warp in the center when the heat is on, but the ScanPan Pro iQ griddle does not. It heats fairly quickly for a heavy pan, and I make excellent pancakes on all parts of the griddle. The non-stick surface is great, and it clearns easily.”
