“Classic Grill Pan is becoming my favorite pan (compared to my All-Clad Grill Pan). The tall ridges are great for making grill marks. Griddle pan is also being used quite a bit, as it's my wife's go-to pan to cook everything she can think of. Both pans have the best non-stick surface we've ever used and are a breeze to clean. Great value for the set.”

“Great weight (has some heaviness to them, but nothing crazy, very non-stick, and cooks evenly. So far they have been used in the oven and on the electric stovetop.”
