“I bought the scooter in March 2024. After a few rides, the controller bar starts making the cracking noise. Even though I received a new replacement scooter without much explanation on the issue. When the scooter is out of warranty, it's going to cost me more to repair. This model should worth around AUD 1,800, not AUD 2,599.”

“This is my 7th scooter I have bought from Scooter Hut in 2 years, and going to have to say that it’s one of the better ones so far. But the best thing overall about the City pro is that it maintains decent top speed all the way down to 25% which is mainly due to the fact that this scooter is using 21700 batteries over generic ones allowing the scooter to have less voltage sag. And the regen braking on this model is fantastic. Good, well built scooter.”
