“I sent an email asking about my delivery because I hadnt had an update since I order and it had been a couple weeks..my scooter arrived the following week but had originally been told will arrive in 7 days or so - no response to my email! Be a way better experience if you had kept me updated..especially because I was a bit panicky nearing Christmas”

Our mission is to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and we are sorry we did not provide that to you on this occasion.
We do acknowledge that our response to customer enquiries over the 2019 Christmas period was not to the standard we would normally expect. This was caused by a system malfunction in the way emails were being received by us, causing our customer service team to inadvertently miss a lot of emails that customers were sending us.
The issue has now been resolved, and we have learnt from the experience to check our systems on a daily basis to ensure we do not miss any further communication from our customers.
