Got a delayed response from the team suggesting that the bearings might be damaged??? After another week of waiting got an email that Prodigy will send a replacement wheel/bearings set directly to us. Will upate once we receive them.”
Hi Vineet. Sorry for the delayed response from our team. During the coronavirus lockdown, we have had to make a lot of adjustments to working rosters and try to adapt to many staff working from home for the first time. This has meant a delay in replying to some customer enquiries, for which we are terribly sorry.
