“Excellent communication. Messed up to orders on my end and they we're quick to rectify with no hassle at all. Postage and handling time was terrible, obvious postage delays but more so from order time to dispatch time was extremely slow and upon ordering I always checked store availability in my state before purchase but items always seem to ship from qld "this needs some attention" outside that everythings arrived in top shape. Thanks for your review, David. I'll be upfront that I'm confused as to why you've stated dispatch time was extremely slow and the item was shipped from QLD.
Your order was placed Wednesday afternoon and we handled it the next day, however, we actually did arrange for your items to be sent from your local WA store rather than from here in QLD. Dispatching from your local store adds a day delay to dispatch, however, shortens the total delivery timeframe.
Again, I very much appreciate your review, but your order was dispatched as fast as possible and was sent from your state and delivered to your door within 4 full business days, so I'm confused as to why you have reviewed your order this way :)

Hi Kathryn, we're so glad the scooter is great! The majority of our orders ship from our Gold Coast warehouse, however sometimes we source out of stock items from our stores. You can always place a Click & Collect order at a local store to speed up the process if you wish.
