“I had them for 3 months and they wore down faster than any wheels I’ve seen. I was trying my best trick and a few minutes after I landed it I looked at
my wheel and all of the spokes on the one side were completely snapped and most of the spokes on the other side were also snapped. But they were my favourite wheels that I’ve had, the bearings still feel like they’re brand new, it’s just the wheel durability.”
Hey Adam, thanks for the honest feedback. We're sorry to hear how your wheels fared and would love to help replace them for you under warranty, but please note that if you have had them for over 3 months, they will be outside their coverage timeframe.
Most scooter wheels on the market come with a 3-month manufacturer's warranty which covers inherent faults and/or defects with the wheels. This 3-month time frame has been adopted by most manufacturers as scooter wheels are generally expected to perform for a minimum of 3 months with no issues.
We use an 86A polyurethane for our DNA wheels as this hardness is the most preferred for the majority of scooter riders.
