“The combination lock has broken and the canvas carry case is poor quality zipper and shoulder strap buckles are cheap. Clearly not worth the premium price.”

Mr. Moseley, We do have a repair center for the lock. They are covered with a lifetime warranty. 860.933.3687 for our repair center. We've had very good luck with the strength test of the shoulder strap and zippers. Has yours failed?

“We were gifted two cases by our farther. Bought the covers for protection. They are sturdy canvas, fit perfectly , well designed with exterior pockets. I think they are a must if you check the cases which we did on our first trip and they got more scuffed than we hoped. Hopefully now that wont happen”
