“I really like this parka. Interesting details. Quite disappointed with the cuffs - they're supposed to adjust to the wrist but they don't.”

We're sorry for the disappointment with the cuffs. There is currently no cuff adjustment on this design. They are labelled as "ergonomic" which means that they have been designed with shape to help cover and protect the hands but they have not been designed with adjustability.

Are there any developments we could make? Potentially with the way the hood/fur trim sits, it can feel a bit awkward across the front of the head with the hood up - it does flop down over your face/eyes at times. The hood doesn’t hold itself as well as the CG jackets
