How did you come across Shackleton? Two years of following and visiting London store

“Thin on goose down. Fur hood should be either real (Canada goose, Arctic Army, Moose Knuckles) or look like real. Do not like fleece lining should be other material. Prefer navy colour”

Thank you for your feedback which has been passed on to our Product Team. We understand there are limitations of how realistic the faux fur looks but we have made the decision as a brand to be fur-free due to the animal welfare and ethical impacts.
