“The jacket is excellent, well designed and full of features. I found it to be incredibly warm and will definitely be looking to order more from Shackleton in the future. I did originally order a size above (Medium and Id usually be a medium/large) and found it to be big on the sizing but the exchange process was excellent.”

What activity did you use the product for? every day use as it is still winter

What weather and temperatures did you experience? cold and icy winds

Are there any developments we could make? non ,but i would still recommend this parka but your quality control needs to be re assessed as the fault would instantly show up as soon as the synch cords were to be used

“I have purchased this Parka and I am not happy with quality control as the synch waist draw cords wer frayed and vulnerable to breakin point ,so i have returned it and I am waiting for a replacement,but you have sent it to be repaird, But i did expect an instant replacement as this was of no fault of mine and the fault should have been spotted by quality control before being sent out to me”

I understand that we were unable to offer a replacement as we are out of stock in that colour and size so a repair was the only option but this is now on it's way back to you
