What do you like about the product? Light weight, very warm, feels & looks great on, inside pockets basically a great jacket

Are there any developments we could make? Possibly the zip, thu I might be proved wrong

“Absolutely beautiful jacket so warm & looks very stylish, loads of hidden pockets which are great, only fault I have is the zip, hope I’m wrong, feels a bit weak.”

“I purchased the escape expedition jacket. Fits good and keeps the could out no problem, love the fact it’s highly water repellent and that’s the reason I bought it. I’m not sure you can call this jacket breathable, when I’m walking the dogs in it I sweat quite a bit. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I have tried emailing them because they NEVER answer the phone and to my surprise they don’t reply to emails either! A big let down since it’s supposed to be a prestige company with clothing that costs a lot!”
