How did you come across Shackleton? Husband is a big fan

“I wanted to order the gilet for my husband's xmas but his size was not available online. I contacted Sarah in your customer service team who I had dealt with previously about another purchase and Sarah managed to locate the last gilet in my husband's size in the Shackleton shop. She arranged for it to be put aside and send me an invoice if I wished to purchase which I did. Gilet arrived quickly, very happy with the quality it is lightweight but very warm.”
