How did you come across Shackleton? Vinted initially
I have both the Ross and the hanan, the hanan is great for warmth and very very light but the material isn't bomb proof even when wearing under a hard shell waterproof I've had three feathers pop out of outer. Where the Ross is ripstop and a bit more durable. I love it though but not sure on the longevity.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. The Hannan is designed to be a lightweight, technical gilet and does not have a separate internal down bag, meaning the down sits directly against the shell fabric. With lighter-weight pieces like this, it’s normal for the occasional feather to work its way through over time, particularly with movement or when layered under a hard shell, and this won’t affect the overall warmth or performance. We’ve followed up with you directly via email with some further detail, but if you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@shackleton.com and we’d be very happy to assist.

How did you come across Shackleton? Back in the launch/start up days.
Another smash hit from the ace team at Shackleton. My wife and I have a running joke/test with anything we buy to see if it was a good idea; £1.00 per use. Well, I have barely taken it off. It has slipped seamlessly into ‘go-to’ kit and I have taken it everywhere. It has been on planes, trains and automobiles, up and down peaks, and in-and-out of meetings and coffee shops on repeat. It is light enough, small, enough, and absolutely warm enough for pretty much anything. Hats off to the Hannan!
