Explorer Jacket Navy / XL Reviews

4.5 Rating 2 Reviews
What activity did you use the product for? Rambles, cliff-top walks, and urban night walks
What weather and temperatures did you experience? The worst the Midlands could throw at me
Are there any developments we could make? Wired peak would be good, hood feels roomy but the front could benefit from a little more structure IMHO
In the event that we would like to discuss these answers with you further, are you happy for a member of the Shackleton team to get in touch? yes
How did you come across Shackleton? Google, looking for a Hebtroco alternative Ventile smock
Fantastic gear for wet and windy days out in the U.K., and probably further afield. Layers up nicely, keeps the rain out, and dries very quickly

What activity did you use the product for? XC skiing north in Sweden and pulling the sledge with my grandson (1.5 yrs)
What weather and temperatures did you experience? Snorungar and -7C
What do you like about the product? Nice design but more a fashionstatement than a product for XC skiing. In spite of this, I will make full use of it!
Are there any developments we could make? See above

How did you come across Shackleton? I have ordered many great knitwear in the past
I am 193 cm and weigh 90kg. XL was too small and I changed to XXL. It looks very good and will be fine during sailing this summer but too small for XC skiing. For skiing it needs longer sleevs, wider over shoulders and longer (for wind protection).
