“The sizing is inconsistent, large in one type fits just right but in a different one, the sleeves are too long. Mail order service is poor, delivery takes over a week and returns are even worse. The Royal Mail track and trace receipt shows, the return was received by you 10 days ago, have not had any acknowledgement of receipt, so obviously no return yet. The service far inferior to The Cotswold Company and Arcteryx, who kept me updated from order to delivery and in the case of returns, money was credited back to my card within five days.”

“Well made jacket that does what it says to a high standard. Used out walking and stay totally dry.”
