What activity did you use the product for? General use

What weather and temperatures did you experience? UK winter weather.

Are there any developments we could make? Stop it from pilling. I'd like to know that the cashmere you use does not come from mulesed sheep - in China (unlike Europe/NZ) this is still permitted.

“I'm sorry to say I would not recommend this sweater - after just two wears it's already pilling very badly. I contacted Shackleton about this and they said it's inevitable for a wool jumper. I have plenty of pure wool jumpers which have not pilled so I don't think that's an adequate response. For such a very expensive jumper, I'd have expected better and for the very least, a warning about how much it pills... I was also disappointed for the price to see that it's made in China where animal rights are less strictly monitored.”
