How did you come across Shackleton? Online soon after your creation. I own several of your products.

“The T-shirt quality is fine and the thin merino feels as expected, which is comfortable against the skin. However, for me personally the fit is off. The neck is far too high and looks odd and the hem around the waist does not hang loose but cinches in and rolls up to give the appearance of being tucked in. The sleeves are also quite a tight fit (I do not have muscular arms). I expect that in time the wool will stretch and loosen, but while new it will only be worn under a jumper. Quality 4/5. Fit 2/5.”

What activity did you use the product for? Athletic use/high performance, insulating applications, and/or casual wear

What weather and temperatures did you experience? None. I tried it on in my house and realized it was a terrible product.

Are there any developments we could make? I was expecting something more like Filson's merino 210g short sleeve crewneck: more thickness, better tailoring

How did you come across Shackleton? Visit to London and visited retail store

“Unusual tailoring, shabby appearance, thin material, overpriced and overall poor quality. I am never purchasing from Shackleton again given the shipping costs (total waste of $60) and poor craftsmanship. I purchased the Ronne jacket while in London and thought I had found a terrific brand. I have since unsubcribed from all emails and will never purchase another Shackleton product again.”
