“OK now this is the best t-shirt I've ever bought for sheer comfort and versatility stand alone or under anything.”

How did you come across Shackleton? Beside Arcteryx store.

“This t-shirt developed holes after wearing for less than half a day. Probably rubbed against a belt buckle. But this should never have led to damage so quickly. I therefore have serious doubts on the strength and quality of the fibres or the knit. Shackleton have refunded me but I had to mail it back (I live in Switzerland) to the UK to have this processed despite sending photographs of the damage.”

We are really sorry that this was your experience but would like to reassure you that this was an exception. The product has been tested in various conditions including on a number of expeditions which would involve the t-shirt coming under heavy use and abrasion and we are not aware of any other issues like this.
