What activity did you use the product for? None yet but I hope to this winter go to the Nordic countries … it’s been a bit too warm to wear the coat yet! 30Degrees!

What do you like about the product? Everything!

Are there any developments we could make? Perhaps …. A palm warmer that folded into the sleeve with a thumb slot leaving the fingers free but protecting the hand for when you need to use your digits without gloves ?

How did you come across Shackleton? I was looking for a high quality winter performance coat that offered warmth was wind and waterproof and searched the internet when I had read about your company ideals etc

“It’s quality is evident as soon as you lift it out of the box. The design is excellent, having a number of pockets in various sizes in different parts of the coat; giving easy access to whatever you may need to carry. The hood is sturdy and re-enforced to keep your face out of the wind. Everything about the coat is warm waterproof and comfortable. Even the pockets are lined with fleece. It’s also stylish but subtle. With stripes on the second half of the sleeve and the quality stamp of the Shackleton logos.”

Hi Sergei, Your replacement shipment has left the UK and we are waiting for tracking to be updated in Russia. The original item was sent back to us because Russia has brought in a change in protocol where domestic deliveries from international countries are unable to be delivered. I will keep an eye on the shipment and update you when I have more information. Thank you Charlie

“After a swim in a cold Thames river - 6C and fifteen minutes, you want to warm up quickly. Putting on a Shackleton coat is like throwing the Sahara sun on your back. Awesome coat.”
