We’d like to clarify that the boards delivered were in great condition and suitable for their intended use. The marks noted on some of the sides were minor surface scuffs and pressed prints, which can occasionally occur during handling and transit, but do not affect the structural integrity or usability of the boards. Many of our customers have successfully used boards with similar cosmetic marks for a wide range of projects without issue.
We understand that every project has different requirements and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. As always, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied and went beyond our usual policy by arranging a return and full refund for the boards as a gesture of goodwill.
