The velcro allows for women who train with weights to adjust for muscle growth. I have paid 3 times what I paid for the Shefit, and have not been as happy as I am with it!

My only suggestion is that you come out soon with a lighter weight all day bra with the same adjustability options. I would buy a bunch in a heartbeat. No other bras gave the adjustability in the back.”
