“This bra is great! The wide band at the bottom of the bra really keeps your breasts from moving downward. You can adjust the shoulder straps to allow more or less upward bouncing. Very tight straps can be uncomfortable in any bra; I have found a middle ground that reduces movement but doesn't bother my shoulders. I wear the bra to Zumba class. We jump around a lot in class, and this bra keeps my breasts in place. Another good aspect of the bra is that it can be adjusted to fit me, whether I lose or gain a little weight.”

I would prefer to have an underwire - I think it would provide more consistent support. The large under breast strip can chafe during the first few uses - so that takes some getting used to.
Consider developing a bra just for dance!!! The construction needs to be different than gym and running workouts.”
