“The Ultimate is very stiff, you will not be moving after putting it on. I am a DD and appreciate the support but was very sore after wearing this bra and even had a few places that rubbed small abrasions on me. Despite this discomfort I will still wear for cardio due to the support. This is not a bra for anything other than cardio.”
