“It is a good bra with excellent support, however, the newest generation is slightly more uncomfortable than the gen 2. It rides up higher in the underarm area, and the hardware is more bothersome. I can't stay in my gen 3 shefit all day like I could with my gen 2. It could be because I'm between sizes though. My gen 2 is a 3 luxe, and it tends to cause the quad boob (spillage in the top of the bra). My gen 3 is a 4 luxe, so I'm not sure if it's the difference in sizing or generations. But I'd strongly recommend the shefit!! I've never had the amazing support I receive with my shefit bras. I'm naturally a 38 I, so buying a good sports bra isn't easy and up until shefit, it was impossible to do high impact fitness.”
