“The elastic is not giving. I couldn't get the strap comfortable. To fit a deep breath would leave it hanging; to fit regular breath was binding if taking deep breaths. Also, there are not a wide range of cup sizes. By the end of the day I was sore. To get the cup right the straps would be too big. I plan to return it.”

“This is a SOLID sports bra. If you are like me and want NO movement with high impact activities like running, this is the bra for you! Strangely, I don't really feel compressed in this bra like other no bounce sports bras I own. Simply put, there is no jiggle or bounce with this bra!
Best part is it's easy to put on and everything adjusts (this is so important! I have small shoulders and have such a hard time finding sports bras that I can cinch down the shoulder straps. What's even better...the shoulder straps don't dig in! believe me ladies, it may cost a few bucks more but...it's worth the investment!
I am also a personal trainer, I have worn this sports bra during my long days of client training 10-12 hour days. I found it comfortable enough to wear for an extended time, but around the 9-10 hour mark, I'm ready for this bra to come off. Honestly, I don't know a sports bra that is still comfortable after 9-10 hours!
Two negative/bad things about this bra....
1) Like so many sports bras on the market, what is up with the removable sponge padding? I don't have removable padding in my normal everyday bras so why cant a sports bra maker do the same? The pad crumples up when you wash it (who the hell has time to hand wash...remember, I work 10-12 hour days). Then, it takes 5-10 minutes to reinsert it properly. That's very annoying and a huge waste of my time!
I workout, I sweat, the sweat cools my body, I get cold...my nips poke out. So, not wearing the padding isn't an option. Please, SHEFIT do women a HUGE favor and be awesome by sewing the padding into the bra!
2) If you have a white or light colored top on you can see the GIANT SHEFIT logo through the shirt. I'm sure the makers of SHEFIT love this free marketing, but I work with an older, very affluent and conservative clientele and seeing lettering through my shirts is a "No go" in my place of work. So I have to be very strategic about what tops I wear my SHEFIT bras with.”
“I bought this initially guessing my daughter's size without measuring I had to return it but it came back fitting like a glove for her. She likes the extra coverage and support and especially enjoys the fact that all metal parts are covered since she is allergic. She is 29 years old and has progressive MS so she needed a good fit and got it. We will be recommending it to other people as well as maybe down the road when we save up by her a couple more.
