“I saw the bra at a running event and was personally fitted by a Shefit representative at that time. I questioned the representative that the 2LUXE was going to be too small. She assured me it was the correct size and ordered it to be shipped directly to my home. When I received the product it was, in fact, too small as I was spilling out the top of the bra. I contacted your customer service and was told that I would need to pay to ship the bra back to you. I expressed that it is unacceptable to ask me to pay for shipping to return a product that was ordered incorrectly by a Shefit representative. I was informed that was the company's policy and they were not willing to make any exceptions. I am returning the bra, at my expense, and I will never purchase another product from your company based on this poor customer service. It is not a matter of the money but of the poor service. Myself and daughter both love the bar design but you have lost two customers who would have been repeat customers for years forward based on a few dollars of shipping charges. We will also never recommend your company to others. Very poorly done, Shefit.”
“I really love my bra . I admit I was shocked that it didn’t have under wire for my big girls but it has worked great. The only regret I have is not getting the black one. Thanks,Kim Neal”
