It is very supportive and still relatively comfortable. It is moisture wicking and totally adjustable around the ribs and the shoulders. I've been wearing the same 3 bras while losing 25 pounds. Obviously, I've gotten smaller, and I've been able to tighten the band under the breasts as well as the shoulder straps. I'm finally ordering a smaller size, but really this bra will carry you through a few size changes.
The only sports bra that I have found that is more supportive is Enell, and it is very uncomfortable -- sweaty, too tight around ribs (if not it doesn't work, and it's not adjustable at all.)”
