“Customer service is second to none!! Kudos for that! I am having open heart surgery next week, and when I saw that the bra was on backorder until after the first of September, I was disappointed. I called, and when she heard the circumstances, she made sure to get a bra out to me posthaste! It arrived later that week.
The design of the bra is great...it took me a bit to figure out the best way to get into the bra. The one complaint I do have, is the bottom of the zipper. I know it is covered, but it still bit into my skin pretty hard by the end of the day. It was comfortable as long as I was standing, but it curled when sitting. And, since that is where the surgical scar will be, I am hoping that all will be ok.
Overall, a very comfortable bra that should do the trick!”
