“AMAZING help with sore breasts due to pregnancy: I am in my first trimester, and I am a runner. I have always been a smaller B-cup, and finding a sports bra that works was never an issue for me, so when my breasts became a little larger (C cup) and SO so so sore immediately at the start of my pregnancy it completely threw me for a loop. Even wearing two of my most supportive former bras did absolutely nothing for the pain. When I ran and even the smallest bounce shot pain through my chest, I stopped running for 2 weeks and was pretty depressed bc I never expected or wanted to stop running so early in the long 9 months of pregnancy. I did my research and ordered a shefit. I just went for my first run again yesterday, and realized at the END of my run that I had not ONCE thought about my breasts during that run - because there was absolutely zero pain throughout my entire run (and this is coming from someone who right now still wakes up 2-3 times each night due to breast pain when I SLEEPING, forget about running or walking on stairs).
