“They look a lot like the picture! The material seems to be high-quality. My friends and I have been using elastic bands for glute exercises, and these prove a much more difficult challenge! We were so exhausted from our usual warm-up routine. The reason for the 4 star rating is only because I wish they were slightly more varied in elasticity. All 3 bands provide a lot of resistance with only a little variation between each band. I'm far from a beginner, and I'm not sure I'll even be able to use the black band any time soon - but some of my friends have smaller thighs and they may have better luck with it.”
