“I am not an athlete. I suffer from SI joint pain, and the only thing that helps ( as long as I keep it up....) is strengthening the lateral muscles in my glutes and thighs. Enter the absolutely wonderful Shelter Fitness glute bands: in a good range of resistance amounts, in a wide enough band not to bind and in a very comfortable fabric material. Bravo! and thank you. I can keep walking!”

“I’ve only had the chance to use them a couple times but so far, so good! They don’t roll when I’m using them on the treadmill. Comfortable. And the difference in resistance in the three bands is notable, a good thing for me.”
