“I bought these bands because I needed something for my bursitis to help strengthen my core with specific exercises from my physical therapist. Unfortunately, they are so tight I can’t use them at all. Even my physical therapist found them too tight to use herself. I am going to try to stretch them out to see if that helps but I am disappointed. Love the colors and they appear to be very well made.”

“I learned of your fabric bands from my physical therapist. I've had several strokes this year and your bands are helping me to strengthen my legs so I can walk again. They're strong and stay in place during my therapy unlike those awful rubber bands that snap at a moments notice. They're wonderful and very helpful...Thank you”

“Hello Shelter Fitness I received my package today. What a wonderful thing I have for the holidays. I am using it right away, off the box. In the past I bought many bands from different brands in the past, they all are a joke! I am still waiting for my next order to arrive. Can't wait. I am a workaholic all my life.
