“I have all the resistant bands you over and I like how they feel with the continuous tension compared to weights. Also, they are much safer since I have no workout partner to spot me. And, I can take them traveling easier. I also take the lighter ones on runs to do some exercises every half mile or so during the run.”

“I've owned a full home gym full of weights and equipment, but I have to say I'm much happier with just these bands, a pair of gymnast rings, and a pull up bar. The bands take up no room, are extremely versatile, and come at a great price. I like using them both for intense workouts and for lighter warmup exercises. Because of the dynamics of bands, I feel like they promote strength that is practical too - muscles I use for everyday chores like heavy lifting. Shelter Fitness bundle prices are great and the bands are nice quality. I've been recommending them to all my friends.”
