“I ordered this resistance band to stretch my lower back. I fix one end to a post and the other to my knee while I lay flat on the ground on my back with my knee bent and my other leg straight. The resistance band is wrapped high on my upper thigh and the other end is on the post. The resistance opens my lower back, and the 140 band seems to be perfect.”
