“This is the real deal. If you need heavy resistance and a quality band, the 250lb. grey band from Shelter Fitness is the answer. So many companies have heavy bands in the range of 135 lbs. and a few claim 175 lbs. , but finding a real heavy is hard. This is definitely an intense band and is for serious tension for chest presses, deadlifting or squatting.”

“This is a super band! I have only had it a week or so but it is better than I thought. Using for pull-up assistance and it is perfect for my 190 lbs body. Not cheap but high quality and it is what they say it is. Highly recommended”
