“Let me start by saying that I never write reviews on any products I buy. But this is an exception because I absolutely love my resistance bands. They are thick and heavy duty. They really give me a sweat worthy workout. Great product!”

“Just what I was looking for. Part of me program calls for doing push-ups with a flat resistance band around your shoulders and through your hands when you do them. The program calls for 4 sets of 8 reps. Right now I start off with the black one until I fail, then I switch to the red one. My goal is to build-up to push-up with more resistance.”
