“This resistance training set is absolutely top notch! It provides everything I could possibly need to successfully and safely work out with resistance bands. I love the handles, the door anchor and the carry pouch. I was so happy with this set at my vacation home that I purchased a second set for workouts elsewhere.”

“Quality is great. The lower tension resistance seemed way too low, and too easy, not difficult enough for the average male user. I would have preferred the two heaviest tension straps, being a starting point and getting increasingly more challenging from there. Just my personal opinion.”

Thanks for the reply Andrew! The lower tension tubes alone are very light weight and are good for small muscles, but the nice thing about tubes is that you can combine multiple tubes on a handle to get a good weight. Additionally, we suggest using higher repetitions as this generates a good muscle "pump" and is in our opinion the most efficient way to use resistance tools in training. Our 2-Pack is another great option our customers love as it gives you the ability to add 10 tubes at once; enough resistance for almost every exercise. Thanks for the feedback Daniel! We are always appreciative of constructive feedback about our products. We are actually planning to add weights on the bands in our next iteration. In the meantime we keep this information in our included guide and on our website. For the clips, we try to keep them small to keep them a bit more portable, but its a good suggestion we can discuss with our manufacturer. Thanks for taking the time to reach out!
