“Customer service was excellent once I got a hold of someone. I had an issue with one of the swages coming loose. They sent me a new box of Ratchet ties immediately. The only modification I had to do was to grind the pole that you beat down the anchor with to a dull point so it wouldn't be stuck in the anchor when I was done pounding it into the ground.”
“I purchased an anchor kit for my 13x20x12 garage. When installing them according to the instructions, one of the cable anchors broke/pulled thru the swedge. I contacted customer service about the warranty and was told I would get a new replacement. To date, I have not received the replacement. I also purchased another anchor kit because I needed additional anchors. One of those anchors also broke, pulled thru the swedge. I now have two broken anchors and no replacements as promised. I would not recommend these to anyone. Very poor quality and poor customer service”
