“This canopy replacement top has performed very well. This includes some high wind conditions & rain.
The distance between the eyelets & the horizontal pole seems to be getting farther apart. This year it required 2 bungees per eyelet to attach the top to the frame. Luckily I had extra bungees. The secret to a long-lasting canopy top is to keep it taut on the frame. I use clamps in areas where water might accumulate.”

“I highly recommend this Canopy cover. I use it and the frame as a car port for my Van. I have had it for 25 years now (the frame, not the Canopy). The sun will break down the Canopy in time, but it is long lasting. Remember to take it down when winds reach sustained 30mph or more and it should last many years for you as well. Enjoy.”
