“Web pictures are deceiving. In the pictures it looks like the door is on the short wall it is actually on the long wall. This was a key selling point. I am a bit disappointed about that as it changed the way we intended to access the gazebo. Pictures also made it look like you needed to attach the panels it came as a giant 1 piece cover. It took 4 people and 3 ladders to put it on. As for functionality I can not comment at this time it has only been up for 1 week.”
“Installed this fall without any issues. It’s important to have help with installation and to take your time. Material seems a little lightweight and I am hopeful that the material holds up to a cold Canadian winter. It fits well with our 10x12 gazebo .”

All our Winter covers include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if your cover tears within that period, we suggest submitting a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. “First year is great. Second year small tears appear. Third year large tears. Forth year buy a new one. This is the third cover i have bought and they seem to all wear out after 3 winters. The material breaks down from UV exposure as only the roof breaks down thr rest is fine and the roof starts to flake off. So just be warned you will a new one every couple years. Would rsther pY more for one that lasts longer as they end up in landfill.”
